I place value on realism - aiming for natural skin, honest expressions and true-to-life colour. I love to capture sincere expressions that reflect who you are and help to tell your story. Because of that, my posing directions are about bringing out your best instead of asking you to do something completely out of character,

After your session, my edits will primarily focus on gentle work with light and shadow to keep the emphasis where we want it. While I am happy to retouch small blemishes, I value the beautiful imperfection of our humanity and always seek to honour the authentic you.  On occasion I will use software to create a composite image to combine best expressions from several photos, but I tend to steer clear of processing that relies heavily on AI to generate imagery that never existed in the first place.
